My daughter has a consultation at the Richmond office today and I was blown away. Their office is kid friends everyone was so nice and welcoming there was even a light up sign when you first walk in with new patient names and newly completed patient smiles. During our consultation Dr. Stu and his staff not only addressed my concerns but spoke to my daughter on how she felt about her smile and what she would like to change, if anything. They answered all of my questions and walked us thru each step of the process. I am very pleased with our experience today and I believe they have eased my nerves and my child’s nerves. She is looking forward to her improved smile.

The staff at Sadler Orthodontics are upbeat, friendly and helpful. Orthodontics can be very expensive, but dealing with nice people can take the sting out of the price a little. We always get a juice pouch and hot cocoa to go. We would recommend coming here.

The orthodontists here are super nice! And they did a good job explaining what to do every night with my braces. When I had to get my braces tightened, they were super gentle! They try to be as careful as possible, the staff is super patient, and nice! and if you get bored in the waiting room, there are cool games you can play and some drinks like, water, juice, and some hot chocolate! I love this place, I would recommend coming here!
