Everybody is very nice, and my experience so far has been awesome. They are very gentle and never push or pull on anything that might hurt. I am never scared to go to the orthodontist. I love it there!

Everyone is friendly and staff at Sadler’s are phenomenal! I was a transfer into Sadler’s Orthodontics and I could not thank them enough to fix my teeth in the shortest time possible. Very thorough and explains well what they do at each appointment! Thank you!

My daughter has a consultation at the Richmond office today and I was blown away. Their office is kid friends everyone was so nice and welcoming there was even a light up sign when you first walk in with new patient names and newly completed patient smiles. During our consultation Dr. Stu and his staff not only addressed my concerns but spoke to my daughter on how she felt about her smile and what she would like to change, if anything. They answered all of my questions and walked us thru each step of the process. I am very pleased with our experience today and I believe they have eased my nerves and my child’s nerves. She is looking forward to her improved smile.
