About Us

Beginning with your first appointment and throughout your entire treatment, you will be continually reminded that this is no ordinary orthodontic office. And the braces we use are not the traditional braces that you are used to seeing. You will see that there is no more esthetic and efficient way to move teeth than 3M's Clarityâ„¢ Advanced Braces. Clear braces come standard with every case we treat. However, of course, our extremely small and colorful Metal and even Gold braces are available as well. We let you chose which braces are right for you (No extra fees).

Although we provide our patients with the latest in technology and esthetic treatment options, we pride ourselves on superior communication that fosters lasting relationships. Our patients will tell you time and time again that what makes our practice truly unique is the dedication of our amazing staff led by an exceptional and proven doctor. Our #1 goal every day is to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients and their families. Those deeper relationships, not found in most professional settings, are at the core of our mission, and drive us to provide patients with the best possible orthodontic experience.

Meet Our Staff

As a treatment coordinator, my main job is to educate the patient about orthodontics and their treatment options. Some of my duties include preparing new patients for their appointments, reviewing our patients medical and dental histories, discussing recommended treatment and reviewing financial options. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people every day and I love that each day I learn something new.

I am originally from Wisconsin and moved to Indiana in 2008. I live in Fishers with my husband and our five children.

I have been an employee here at Sadler Orthodontics since May of 2008, but I have been a Dental Assistant for 6.5 years before that. I fell in love with orthodontics ever since the day I started. It is my goal to have your smile bigger and straighter when you finish treatment. I have 3 beautiful amazing children. Reese, Brayden and Hadley. I married my amazing husband in Jan, 2010 and we reside here in Fishers, where I was born and raised. I graduated with my Bachelors degree from IU in 2004. I love watching any sporting event and you will usually find me cheering on my beloved Green Bay Packers every weekend during the NFL season. I love to read books, play golf and walk.

Hi! I am so excited to be a part of the Sadler Orthodontics Team! I am a scheduling coordinator at the front desk and travel to all 3 locations.
I have been happily married for 26 years and have 1 daughter and 2 grand dogs. I like to spend time with my family, walk, Zumba, read, and cross stitch in my spare time.

My name is Katasha and I joined the Fishers/New Castle team in 2013. One of the most rewarding parts of being an Orthodontic Assistant is the happiness and appreciation our patients give us for what we do. We enjoy making people more confident in themselves and helping them achieve better bite function. My coworkers and our easy-going patients make it a pleasure to be here each day. As I began my dental education, focusing on hygiene and assisting, I was offered a position on the Sadler Team.

I, too, was a former patient of Dr. Sadlers!

My name is Nikki and I have over 19 years of dental experience. I joined the Sadler Orthodontics team in April of 2014. I love being part of giving our patients that beautiful smile that they deserve. Dr. Sadler, my coworkers, and patients are the best. I love being part of this awesome team. When not creating beautiful smiles, I am a busy mom of two amazing boys, Blake and Brock. We reside in Hagerstown. Go Tigers!

My Name is Gwynn. I’m originally from Ohio where I was an assistant in oral surgery for 4 years. I moved to Indiana in 2013 and was blessed to join Dr. Sadler’s team in May of 2015 as a clinical assistant. I love the great relationships made with our patient’s and watching smiles transform with every appointment. I am married and love spending time with my husband and our 5 children.

My name is Ashley. I am a former patient of Dr. Sadler’s and was blessed to join his team in 2002 as a clinical assistant. I have 3 kids, Jaxon, Maci, & Kamryn. My family and I love spending time on Dale Hollow lake in the summers. My favorite part about my job is the patient interaction.

My name is Wendi and I have over 11 years of orthodontic experience. I joined the Fishers/New Castle Team in 2002. Although I started as a clinical assistant here, I am now your main resource in coordinating your orthodontic insurance benefits. I truly enjoy helping patients fully maximize their insurance benefits to decrease their out-of-pocket orthodontic expense.

My husband is a dentist in Noblesville where our family of four resides.
